Fishermen in Batangas province, Philippines, are struggling with massive number of dead fish allegedly killed by climate change over the weekend.
Since Friday, over 750 tonnes of fish had died in Taal Lake near Manila, affecting the towns which depend economically on fishing industry to lose disastrously. The fish died from oxygen depletion, according to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.
